About ENT College

The College of Otorhinolaryngologists and Head and Neck Surgeons of Sri Lanka (CORLHNS) is the professional body representing specialists in ear, nose, throat, and head and neck surgery in Sri Lanka. The College supports its members at all stages of their professional careers and serves as the leading voice of the specialty in the country.

CORLHNS provides reliable medical information for both patients and healthcare professionals and is committed to maintaining high standards of clinical practice. The College organizes continuous professional development activities to enhance specialist knowledge and improve the quality of care delivered to patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

CORLHNS functions as a professional association and a voluntary social service organization, as defined under the Voluntary Social Service Organizations (Registration and Supervision) Act, and shall take steps for registration under the Act following incorporation.

The College is dedicated to advancing otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery through education, training, research, and service, with the ultimate goal of improving patient care.

Objectives:
  • To advance knowledge and promote research in otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery
  • To support postgraduate training and continuing medical education in the specialty
  • To foster professional fellowship and unity among members of the College
  • To facilitate national and international collaboration and exchange of knowledge
